Data we process

Your name, contact details for a reply, comment, enquiry page and attached file. The form sends this information after you give your consent. We do not request passport, payment or medical information; do not include it in your enquiry.

Purpose of an enquiry

The information is used to answer a technical or commercial enquiry, select a motor, prepare an offer or discuss cooperation. Your selected series, model and mounting are sent with the enquiry. If your contact is an email address, a confirmation containing the enquiry reference is sent to that address.

Enquiry source

For 30 days, the website stores the first landing page, external referring domain and UTM campaign tags in your browser. When you send an enquiry, this information is sent with it to connect enquiries, quotations and orders to their source. The website does not save arbitrary URL parameters or the full address of an external referring page. Sending an enquiry still works if browser storage is unavailable.

Statistics and advertising pixels

Connected measurement tools are enabled only after you make a choice in the cookie settings. Statistics tools are Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics; advertising tools are VK and Meta pixels. You can allow all tools, allow statistics only or decline them; you can also choose the categories separately. Change your choice using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page. Declining does not prevent you from sending an enquiry.

Enabled tools receive information about your device and browser, visits to public pages and successful receipt of an enquiry. Their scripts may process the address of a public page, campaign tags, click identifiers and the address of a public referring page. For page-view events, this website sends the public page address with validated UTM tags and advertising click identifiers, without motor-selection parameters or the URL fragment; the referring address is reduced to its domain. Your name, contact details, comment, attachment and enquiry reference are not sent in events. Internal sales pages and the studio proposal are excluded. Automatic recording of form interactions, Webvisor session recording and enhanced contact matching are not enabled.

Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Providers may use cookies and their own identifiers under their respective policies: Yandex, Google, VK and Meta. After you withdraw consent, the page reloads to stop tools that were previously loaded. Data already sent and cookies set by providers are not automatically deleted; you can delete cookies in your browser settings.

Files and notifications

Nameplate photos and technical documents are saved with the enquiry in private server storage. File links are not published. The enquiry and its attachment are forwarded to sichuanjize@163.com; connected service channels may also send a copy to the staff responsible. If forwarding is temporarily unavailable, the saved enquiry remains available for processing.

Storage and your requests

The information is used to process your enquiry and subsequently agree on supply details. To clarify, correct or delete the details of your enquiry, write to the address below and include your enquiry reference. The form does not request consent to advertising mailings.
